What Information Do We Collect?
The information we gather enables us to personalize, improve and continue to operate the Services. In connection with certain aspects of the Services, we may request, collect and/or display some of your Personal Information. We collect the following types of information from our users.
When you create an Account, you will provide information that could be Personal Information, such as your username, password and email address. If you register for or access the Services using a Third Party Service (such as your social media account login credentials), we may receive Personal Information that you have made available to share through such Third Party Service, which may include, without limitation, your user ID, email, name, and image. Data Collection and Net Nanny Features:
As part of the Net Nanny service the product will gather specific data and present this data to the Parent, Guardian or otherwise authorized administrator of the Net Nanny Account. This data is collected and made available to the Net Nanny Parent/Admin but only used for the purpose of product functionality and features. The data collected is directly dependent on the platform and the Net Nanny features implemented and supported for said platform. This data includes:
Websites that are blocked or alerted based on Net Nanny settings
Screen Time accumulated
Times devices were last seen running the Net Nanny software
Summarized information of Mobile Apps and their use
Device Type and operating system
Net Nanny does not share any data with third parties or external organizations.
We do not currently collect financial information from you, such as your payment method (valid credit card number, expiration date or other financial information); that information is collected and stored by our third party payment processing company (the “Payment Processor”) or the third parties that sell our mobile applications, including Apple and Google (each, an “App Store”). Use and storage of that information is governed by the Payment Processor’s or App Store applicable terms of service and privacy policies of those third parties.
IP Address Information and Other Information Collected Automatically on the Net Nanny Website:
We automatically receive and record information from your web browser when you interact with the Services, including your IP address and cookie information. This information is used for fighting spam/malware and also to facilitate the collection of data concerning your interaction with the Services (e.g., what links you have clicked on).
Generally, the Services automatically collect usage information, such as the number and frequency of visitors to the Site. We may use this data in aggregate form, that is, as a statistical measure, but not in a manner that would identify you personally. This type of aggregate data enables us and third parties authorized by us to figure out how often individuals use parts of the Services so that we can analyze and improve them.
We may collect some device-specific information if you access the Services using a mobile device. We may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us, and when you click on any links in that email. We use this confirmation to improve our customer service.
Information Collected Using Cookies on the Net Nanny Website:

Information Related to Advertising and the Use of Web Beacons on the Net Nanny Website:
Advertisements served through the Services may be targeted to users who fit a certain general profile category and may be based on anonymized information inferred from information provided to us by a user, including Personal Information (e.g., gender or age), may be based on the Services usage patterns of particular users, or may be based on your activity on the Services and/or Third Party Services. We do not provide Personal Information to any ad networks for use outside of the Services.

We employ and contract with people and other entities that perform certain tasks on our behalf and who are under our control (our “Service Providers”).
