Because orders are processed and licenses are dispensed instantly on ContentWatch websites you need to contact us to request a refund. E-mail email@example.com to do so and please include your license number(s) and order confirmation e-mail.
If you are trying to cancel the No Hassle Billing, go to www.netnanny.com and login to My Account as a Returning User, then click on the blue link to Turn off No Hassle Billing. If your account has a silver tab at the bottom of the Subscription Products box that states Enable No Hassle Billing, the autopay feature has been removed from your account and you will not be billed going forward.
