Email Test Failed

Your ISP may have changed their SMTP server address since we programmed Chat Monitor. You will need to contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider - this is the company you pay for Internet Service) for their SMTP server address. Then, manually type this information in the SMTP server address box (type overtop of the entry already in there). Make sure to also ask them if their server requires authentication. If so, get the name and password required and enter that into your Chat Monitor email settings as well.
