SALT LAKE CITY--Aug. 18, 2004-- ContentWatch Inc., the trusted provider of Internet protection tools designed for novices and technical users alike, today announced its new board of directors.Dennis Webb, a founder of Franklin Quest (now Franklin Covey), has been named as chairman and Brent Bishop, also co-founder of Franklin Quest and former chief executive officer of the nationwide
dollar-store chain Greenbacks All-a-Dollar, has been named ContentWatch president, chief executive officer and director.Webb and Bishop are joined by Darwin A. John, former special advisor to the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and former chief information officer for the FBI, Jack W. Sunderlage, a former regional vice president of global accounts, West region for
Compaq/Hewlett-Packard, and Lester W. B. Moore, executive vice president for Bain Capital, LLC. This new board of directors with its diverse backgrounds and skill sets in the areas of sales, technology (specifically Internet security technologies) and capital markets boasts more than 100 years of executive technology management experience.

Dennis R. Webb - Chairman of the Board
Dennis R. Webb has been extensively involved in the co-founding and creation of other successful businesses, including Franklin Covey (formerly Franklin Quest). While at Franklin Covey he was responsible for $250 million of product development and distribution and trained executives and personnel from numerous Fortune 500 companies,
including PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Dow Chemical, Merrill Lynch and Citibank. Webb is a much sought-after speaker on a wide range of topics including leadership, time management, financial planning and team building.
Brent L Bishop - President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
With an educational background in management and finance, Bishop has excelled in business and in the community throughout his career. In 1991 he founded Greenbacks All-a-Dollar, where he served as chairman and chief executive officer and was responsible for growing
the company from one to 100 retail stores in 10 states during a 12-year period. In acknowledgment of Bishop's role in the success of Greenbacks, he was awarded the Ernst & Young Utah Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2001. Under Bishop's leadership, Greenbacks was sold to
Dollar Tree in July 2003 for more than $100 million. Prior to starting Greenbacks, Bishop was one of the co-founders of Franklin Covey along with Webb.
Darwin A. John
Darwin A. John currently serves as a member of the Science and Tech Advisory Board for the FBI. Prior to accepting this position, John served as special advisor to the director of the FBI and as chief information officer for the FBI. He has also served in numerous executive and leadership roles throughout his life including CIO for
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Lester W. B. Moore
Lester W.B. Moore has 25 years experience as CEO, president and senior-related management positions in both marketing and production-oriented corporations. Moore has demonstrated success in
leading corporate restructuring and creating record-breaking financial performance. Moore holds a master's degree in economics from Brigham Young University and serves on several boards of directors.
Jack W. Sunderlage
Jack W. Sunderlage joins the ContentWatch board of directors after
his 2002 retirement from Compaq/Hewlett-Packard as regional vice president of global accounts, West region. Sunderlage has enjoyed a long and successful career in the information technology industry where he also held key sales and marketing executive positions with
Burroughs, UNISYS and Digital Equipment.
