Software license returns will be honored within 30 days of the date of purchase for the following reasons:
- Wrong Net Nanny product or Operating System ordered
- Wrong quantity ordered
- Duplicate order
- Not Compatible with your Operating System or Application
- Not Satisfied with product performance after working with Customer Service
- Unwanted Auto-Renewal – within 60 days
To request a refund, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days from the date of purchase.
List the following information in the body of your email:
- Order number
- Date of order
- Version of Windows, Mac or Android that you are using
- The name of the Net Nanny product you have purchased
- Please describe the issue and/or reasons you are no longer wanting to use the software. If your request is based on your dissatisfaction with the software, please include the name of the customer service rep. you worked with to resolve your issue and include a detailed description of the issue you are having.
All shipping and handling expenses for our backup CD are non-refundable and do not come with a warranty.
Upon receipt of your request, all eligible refunds will receive a credit within 7 to 10 business days. Due to billing cycles, the refund may not appear on the same credit card statement as the original charge.
Please note that, except for the reasons listed above, ContentWatch carries a no-refund policy on Software Licenses.
We do not warrant the contents of the Software Product or that the software itself will be error free, regardless of whether the product has been distributed via CD or an electronic download. The Software Product is furnished "AS IS" and without warranty as to the performance or results you may obtain by using the Software Product. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the Software Product is assumed by you.
