What do I do when I get message “Reached Max Installs”?
- Go to www.netnanny.com – you can access your account information by selecting Login.

- When you get the login options, select Manage Account and then enter your Account email address and password – this may not be the same email address associated with your Admin profile.

- Once logged in your Subscription products will be listed, within each product box the number of installs allowed for your license and then each seat that is installed will be displayed - you can click on Remove Device to free up that seat so that it can used again.
