Quickstart: Support - How to Use the Forgot Password Tool

1. Double click on the Net Nanny icon on your desktop or in your system tray:
   
2. Click on Forgot Password
   
3. Enter your Admin email address (this is the email you used to install with or the one you have associated with your Admin profile) and hit Send
   
4. Go to your Inbox to retrieve email
   
5. Open email with Subject line with "Requested Login Information" and click on Reset Password
   
6. Answer your Secret Question:
   
7. Change your password by typing over the existing password which is masked by dots for your protection and hit Save Changes
   
   
   Once done you will be directed to  the Remote Management login page where you can login and verify the password works.
