Quickstart: Support - How to Access Remote Management
- You can access Remote Management 2 ways
- Through your Browser – type manage.netnanny.com (no www) and hit enter and login

- Go to www.netnanny.com directly and click on Login and then select Manage My Windows Product Settings

- Through your Browser – type manage.netnanny.com (no www) and hit enter and login
- Once you are logged in you will see the following:

- In order to be able to see reports in Remote Management you have to select the option – this can be done by logging in to Admin Tools on your computer, clicking on the User you want to adjust settings for and then click Additional Settings and select Allow Remote Viewing of Reports- this can also be done within Remote Management –

- To view reports, click on the User you wish to view Reports for and click on Reports

- To drill down to the websites data, click on any graph

- To set up Email Notifications – click on Family and then on Notifications

- You can then click on Add to set up as many email notifications as you need. You can have email Notifications sent to multiple email addresses and narrowed down by User you want Notifications for and then select what you wish to be notified for.
- If you set up your Users to be able to Request Exceptions – you can click on Family and then on Requested Exceptions to View the requests and Accept or Reject them

If you have specific Website you wish to always Block or always Allow you can click on Web Exceptions and add them to the list.
