Quickstart: Support - How to Access and Send System Information

1. Click on Start and in the Run or Search Programs and Files field – type msinfo32 and hit enter
   
2. That will open your System Information file – 
   
3. Click on File and then Save and select Desktop and name sysinfo – saving the file may take a few minutes
   
4. You will then see the sysinfo.nfo file on your desktop
   
5. Open a new email or reply to the one sent by support with the request for the file and select Attach – browse to Desktop and select sysinfo.nfo and click Insert.
   
6. Send email to support and they will analyze the data and get back to you on what to do next.
