I am trying to reinstall Net Nanny and I am getting “Invalid Email and Password” during installation, why?
There are many reasons you could be getting this error message. The most common reason this message appears is that you are trying to use the email address and password you used to purchase Net Nanny instead of the Administrator username and password you created the first time you installed it.
The ecommerce account you created when purchasing the Net Nanny software is exclusively used for managing your registration number and billing, the Administrator accounted created while installing Net Nanny should be used for reinstalling and administering the program.
If you need to reset either password visit http://www.netnanny.com and click the “Login” box toward to upper right hand corner. Select the account you wish to reset and click “Forgot Password”. Enter the email address associated with your account then click submit. An email will be sent to your account with a link to reset your password.
