To reinstall Net Nanny on your computer you will need your Net Nanny registration number. If you do not have your registration number you can find it by going to http://www.netnanny.com and clicking the “Login” button at the top right part of the page. Leave the radio button set to “Manage My Account, Downloads, Renewals, Add Seats and Billing”.

Enter the email address and password you established when you purchased Net Nanny and click “Log In”. This page will display your registration number and provide a link to download the Net Nanny software.

Important: If you a intend to move your Net Nanny software to a new computer use the “Reset Installations” option on this same page.

If you don’t remember your Password, click on “Forgot Password” and a new one will be sent to your email account allowing you to reset your password and retrieve your registration number.
