I Forgot My Password

  • Click on Forgot Password
  • Enter the admin email address and hit Send
  • Check the email account - you should have an email from relayserver@contentwatch.com
  • Click on the Reset Password link
  • Answer the question and hit submit
  • Enter the new password and then confirm the password
  • After the Success message, right click the Net Nanny icon in your system tray and choose 'Refresh Profiles'
  • Double click on the Net Nanny icon and try to login with the new password

You can also contact ContentWatch Customer Support email at support@contentwatch.com and provide the following information.
  • Administrator Name
  • Registration Key
  • Email Address (where to send password)
  • Secret Question (Example: What's my dog's name)
  • Answer to Secret Question
