I am getting an error message saying You have reached maximum number of installs, what do I do?

If you are getting a message that you have exceeded your installs, you can purchase additional licenses (seats) or deactivate old computers by logging into "My Account".

You may also contact our Technical Support team at 1-800-485-4008 and we can reset your license for you. Our support team is available Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm (Mountain Time) or you can e-mail us at support@contentwatch.com
