After installing Net Nanny I am no longer able to use my VPN.

If you are having difficulty using your VPN with Net Nanny installed, please follow the steps below to send us your System Information, it is helpful to have the VPN running so that we are able to see the processes in order to add them to your Bypass List:

  • Click 'start' > 'run' type msinfo32 and press 'ok'.
  • At the top of this System Information window, click 'File' and then 'Save'. Choose 'Desktop' for the 'Save in:' box. Type sysinfo in the 'File name:' box and click 'Save'.
  • After it is done gathering your system information, there will be a sysinfo.nfo file on your desktop.
  • Send that file as an attachment to support@contentwatch.com with a detailed description of the problems you are having.


Please provide the registration number you have installed or the one that you are trying to install with.
