You were sent an unlock name and key (serial number) on your order confirmation email. When you see the expiry message, press "Enter Key" and enter that information. This will unlock your one year license. Make sure the time and date are set correctly on your computer before you do this. Or, you can go to the Start Menu => All Programs => Net Nanny 5 => Registration to enter the unlock name and key.
