When you purchase Net Nanny, you are receiving a one year license that includes list updates and Web and e-mail support. After one year, you will be required to renew to continue using Net Nanny parental controls.

Customers with Net Nanny 5.2 to current: You can renew automatically if you have 'No hassle' billing enabled in your 'My Account'. Otherwise you will be sent a reminder and directed to 'My Account' to renew your subscription.

Customers with Net Nanny 5.1 and Earlier: You will be sent a reminder and be directed to our online store to purchase a renewal activation key. You will not be automatically charged at anytime.
