My Time Limits Reset to 24 Hours

To fix this problem:
- Go to your control panel
- Click on "Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options"
- Click on "Change the format of numbers, dates, and times"
- Change the "short date format" to yyyy-MM-dd
- Click Ok
- Reboot your computer
- You may need to reset the time limits
