Does Net Nanny record chats?

Net Nanny can only record IRC chats. It cannot record Instant Messenger or Chat Room chats. IRC chat is different from Instant Messaging chats like AOL Instant Messenger and MSN Instant Messenger. IRC chats use chat clients like MIRC and PIRCH.
