If you have created users and it reverts back to Default go to manage.contentwatch.com and login with your e-mail and password.

Once logged in click on the double arrows (>>) to the right, click on "Login Type", select the "Users" radio button and click Save Changes.

Reboot your computer and Net Nanny will run in "User Mode".

With Net Nanny 6.0, Default Mode was discontinued.
