All good, except I get a window that requests "uninstall password" which I assume is the same as my admin password, but it's not. I don't remember choosing an uninstall password, and can't find any way to change that password on my program, and so far have been unable to find info in the forum about it. I want to uninstall...

How to Change Passwords
Login to Admin Tools and click on Profile Settings for the Administrator or Administrator Settings, you can change the Admin Password there.
You can then click on Passwords and change the Override and Uninstall passwords there.

Hey, those were excellent instructions Brady. Could anyone provide similar instructions for uninstalling from a Mac?

To uninstall on a Mac you can go to http://www.netnanny.com/downloads and use the download for Net Nanny for Mac which has an Uninstall option.

Hi. I can't uninstall my net nanny trial. Whether i do it through control panel or through programs-netnanny-uninstall, it gives me an error message: Runtime error. Cannot import dll..... etc etc.
I tried finding the file through regedit, nothing's there to delete.

My sons' computer says 'problem with Contentwatch installation' and blocks all internet access. Reason is because I haven't paid again for the subscription.
I want to uninstall your software, but the Control Panel Add/Remove Programs option doesn't work, and in fact nothing about Netnanny now works.
When I click on the NN icon (as suggested above) the computer says "CWadmintools.exe' not working.
Seems like the software has gone into a sulk because I failed to renew. This is not OK, and I need a solution. Also e-mailing this to your e-m address, but perhaps someone will provide insights here sooner.
Thx in advance.

I have tried this but it won't let me delete some of the files as they are in use. Any idea what the processes are that might have them locked?

I RAN NET NANNY FOR A 14-DAY TRIAL. THE TRIAL ENDED AND I WANT TO UNINSTALL YOUR PRODUCT. WHEN I GO TO ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS AND RUN UNINSTALL FOR NET NANNY I GET A RUNTIME ERROR.
I CANNOT UNINSTALL YOUR PRODUCT AND I CANNOT INSTALL THE NEW FILTER I PURCHASED. I AM REALLY TICKED OFF. PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW TO GET YOUR PRODUCT OFF OF MY COMPUTER ASAP.
