Our children all have iPod touch devices. Our solution has been to disable safari, itunes, and the app store, etc. If our children want to purchase an app we have to enable it. Our home computers have Net Nanny, and they also are password protected. I don't think we can ever be too careful. In addition, our children have time limits for useage, and turn in their devices before their respective bedtimes each night. As a result, they have much more balanced lives.
